6. Irrigation Product Suitability and Installation

Irrigation products must be selected and installed correctly to perform as intended.

TurfFlow (Pty) Ltd is not responsible for damage, loss, poor performance or system failure caused by:

  • Incorrect product selection
  • Incorrect installation
  • Incorrect water pressure or flow rate
  • Electrical supply problems
  • Poor water quality
  • Blocked filters or dirty water supply
  • Misuse or abuse of products
  • Modifications to products
  • Failure to follow manufacturer instructions
  • Use of products outside their intended purpose
  • Installation by unqualified or inexperienced persons

Customers must ensure that all products are installed according to manufacturer specifications and any applicable safety or installation requirements.

Where electrical products are supplied, installation should be carried out by a suitably qualified person where required.

7. Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to reject, amend or cancel any order placed through our website.

We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per customer, household, account, payment method or order where necessary.

If an order is amended or cancelled, we may attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.

You agree to provide accurate, complete and current billing, delivery and contact information for all purchases made through our store.

TurfFlow (Pty) Ltd will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries or incorrect deliveries caused by inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

8. Payment

All prices are displayed in South African Rand unless stated otherwise.

Orders will only be processed once payment has been received and confirmed.

Online payments are processed securely through the payment providers available on our Shopify store.

TurfFlow (Pty) Ltd does not store full card details on our website.

9. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier schedules, supplier stock availability, location, public holidays, order volumes or events outside of our control.

TurfFlow (Pty) Ltd will make reasonable efforts to dispatch orders within the indicated timeframes, but we do not guarantee exact delivery dates unless confirmed in writing.

Risk in the products passes to the customer once the order has been delivered to the nominated delivery address or collected by the customer or their appointed courier.

Customers must inspect deliveries as soon as reasonably possible and notify TurfFlow (Pty) Ltd of any damaged, missing or incorrect items within a reasonable time after delivery.

10. Returns, Replacements and Refunds

Returns, replacements and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

Products must be returned in accordance with the conditions set out in that policy.

Products that have been installed, used, damaged, altered, cut, modified or incorrectly handled may not be eligible for return unless defective in terms of applicable law.

Special-order items, custom items or items specifically sourced for a customer may not be eligible for cancellation or return unless defective or otherwise required by law.

Proof of purchase may be required for warranty claims.
