TurfFlow (Pty) Ltd delivers throughout South Africa using trusted courier partners.

Order Processing

Orders are processed once payment has been received in full and stock availability has been confirmed.

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Should any item be out of stock, we will contact you to confirm the expected lead time or discuss an alternative option.

Minimum Order Value

A minimum online order value of R300.00 applies to all orders placed through our website.

Delivery Options

We offer the following delivery options:

PUDO Locker Delivery

PUDO delivery is available for smaller items that fit within the locker size and weight limits.

This option is not suitable for large, long, heavy, or fragile irrigation products.

Standard Door-to-Door Delivery

Door-to-door courier delivery is available to most areas within South Africa.

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout or confirmed before dispatch.

Overnight Delivery

Overnight delivery may be available on request for selected items and main centres only.

Overnight delivery is subject to stock availability, courier availability, order cut-off times, and payment being received in full. Additional charges will apply.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees may vary depending on the size, weight, value, and delivery location of the order.

As a guide:

  • PUDO Locker Delivery – From R90.00
  • Standard Door-to-Door Delivery – From R150.00
  • Overnight Delivery – Quoted on request
  • Outlying or rural areas – Additional charges may apply

Free standard delivery may be offered on orders over R2,000.00, depending on the size, weight, and delivery area of the order.

Large, heavy, long, bulky, or special-order items may be excluded from free delivery.

Large or Bulky Items

Certain irrigation products may be too large, heavy, or fragile for standard courier or PUDO delivery. These items may require a special courier quotation before the order can be dispatched.

This may include, but is not limited to:

  • Pipe
  • Pumps
  • Tanks
  • Large filters
  • Controllers
  • Valves
  • Other bulky irrigation products

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery timeframes are:

  • Main centres: 2–5 business days
  • Outlying areas: 3–7 business days
  • Overnight delivery: Subject to confirmation

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, stock availability, public holidays, remote delivery areas, or circumstances outside of our control.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address and contact details at checkout.

TurfFlow (Pty) Ltd will not be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

Risk and Inspection on Delivery

Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered.

Any damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery, together with photos where applicable.

Courier Delays

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is handled by the courier service provider.

We will assist where possible with tracking and follow-ups, but TurfFlow (Pty) Ltd cannot be held responsible for delays outside our control.
