At TurfFlow (Pty) Ltd, we aim to supply quality irrigation products and ensure customer satisfaction. If there is an issue with your order, please review our Refund Policy below.

Returns

We offer a 7-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

Returns will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The item is defective
  • The item arrived damaged
  • The incorrect product was supplied

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • All included parts, accessories, manuals, and tags, where applicable, must be included
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided

Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and the return delivery address.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

We recommend inspecting your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is:

  • Damaged during delivery
  • Faulty or defective
  • Incorrect compared to your order

please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and resolve the issue appropriately.

TurfFlow (Pty) Ltd may request photographs or additional information before approving a return, replacement, or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Special-order items
  • Custom or personalised products
  • Products ordered specifically on customer request
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Used or installed products

Exchanges

TurfFlow (Pty) Ltd generally does not offer exchanges.

Exchanges will only be considered if:

  • The incorrect item was supplied

Many of our products are sourced directly from suppliers or importers, which limits our ability to process standard exchanges.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method
  • Refund processing may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider

Please note that banking institutions may require additional time before the funds reflect in your account.
